ZAROX OFFICIAL RULES
General Information:Welcome to the section of our forum where you will find the rules that we will put into practice within the game. We appreciate that you take the time to read them and take them into account.
The rules are adjusted from time to time and the Zarox staff reserves the right to make changes regarding specific situations that alter the order of the game and the community, therefore we recommend that you always be attentive since each change made will be notified by our discord channel.
By using the zarox2 platform you are accepting the community rules as well as terms and conditions.
1. Conduct within Zarox2:Always keep in mind that you must maintain a decent and civilized behavior.
Any user who uses vulgar or racist language with the purpose of offending should know that this is prohibited within our game and will be sanctioned, offensive language is divided into:
a) Minor offense: this offense will be sanctioned with a mute within the game which will last 5 active hours of the user within the server. They are those offenses that we understand to be minor insults below examples...
Retarded, stupid, jerk, asshole, gil.
b) Casual offense: this offense will be sanctioned with a mute of 5 active hours of the user in the game. Casual offenses: They are those offenses that we know as strong insults below examples... Son of p, insults where you add (shit), fagot, black, old or old m. We remember that if the insult is "stupid shit" it counts as a casual offense.
c) Serious offense: this offense will be sanctioned with a three-day ban and 7 active hours of in-game mute.
Serious offenses: are those strong insults that, among other things, are aimed at discrimination and humiliation.
Offenses or insults with racist, sexist, homophobic, discriminatory content, insults to relatives or threats will be sanctioned according to this same section, taking into account the cumulative and/or seriousness of the situation.
Shitty nigger, sudaca, shitty immigrant, shitty gey, your mother is shit, I shit on your dead, go take care of your grandchildren, you old shit, You're only good for cooking and fucking, you're useless crap, that's what happens because you have no feet etc.
Keep in mind that on some occasions a casual offense may have an aggravating circumstance which is ruled according to its repetition over time and we call this (accumulative aggravating).
We all have the right to spend our free time as we want, regardless of who we are and how old we are, this game has no age, social class or gender limit.
2. Conduct towards the staff:a) The disrespect of the users to the members of the staff is prohibited, the user and the staff must respect each other.
b) Any defamation (accusations without evidence) to a member of the staff will be sanctioned and said sanction will be of days or permanent ban to the account of the user who commits said action.
c) It is prohibited to imply, reveal and disseminate the identity of any member of the staff, this may be grounds for sanction with permanent bans.
3. Staff conduct:a) Staff members will never ask you for your passwords or account within the game and without really serious reasons.
b) Staff/user communication must always be respectful and polite, otherwise the user can, through tests, claim bad behavior with the administrator.
c) If any staff member is caught acting irregularly, better known as corruption or doing acts of personal benefit, the user has every right to take evidence of it to report him and that staff member will be expelled.
During the events that the GMs are carrying out, doubts will not be answered since they will be busy managing said events.
4. Spam:Advertisements and/or PROMOTION/SPAM messages from Metin2 games, groups or servers other than Zarox is
PROHIBITED out of respect for the server itself and the Staff group, this behavior will be sanctioned with a permanent ban.
5. In-game names:Characters, guilds, stores, advertisements, messages and others that have or refer to content in a double meaning are not allowed: “Homophobes, Xenophobes, Racists, disclosure of personal data, insults between players and members of the Staff. (Their penalty varies depending on the severity of the case)
6. Accounts and Trade in or out of the game:a) The sale of yang, items or accounts for real money within the server / discord will be totally sanctioned with a permanent ban both to the offending account and to all associated ones.
b) We remind you that game accounts must be personal and non-transferable, for the same case we know that it is already the user's decision to share the account and it is their sole responsibility for it if there are cases of: "Thefts, Scams, Deletion of Character , Modification of Data, Defamation”.
NO STAFF MEMBER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT IS MENTIONED IN THIS RULE7. Bugs and problems with the game:We are aware that bugs
(game failures) may appear in our procedure to improve the server, so it is flatly
PROHIBITED the use of these failures for personal or group benefit, whether players from the same realm or different ones.
Sanctions for this type of behavior are cumulative and cases will always be analyzed in detail.
This type of behavior is called exploiting a bug and its sanction will be one week to the main account in case of being in a group or there is a guild taking advantage of this situation, each active member will carry the same sanction.
5. Automate to favor in-game quests:At Zarox we believe that every user who is in the game must maintain ethical conduct in a correct way, for which automating to carry out missions, whether they are from the battle pass, events or other missions, will be penalized.
8. Leveling, farming and hacking methods:a) At Zarox, the use of external or third-party programs is prohibited, as well as any type of modification of the client for the purpose of personal benefit.
b) Anyone who is caught or recorded using hacks for their own benefit and the annoyance of other users will be sanctioned.
c) If you get a record time with a big difference in a certain dungeon, the staff can check you and you have to do it again to show that you are not using some external program.
This behavior will be sanctioned with a two-week ban on the main account, if the offender was in a group, his partner may carry a one-week sanction depending on the analysis of the case and the staff's criteria, this behavior also carries cumulative sanctions.
d) If the user has left the action of hitting but does not call mobs or collect drops, he will not be sanctioned.
9. Theft and fraud:The Zarox staff will make previously analyzed exceptions to act in certain cases of account theft or fraud within the game, these actions will be severely sanctioned with a permanent ban on the offending account and its associates.
Fraud is understood as taking advantage of a sale or barter when the other party lacks information regarding the value or non-functioning of an item, as well as posing as a staff member or any other user.
10. Complaints and evidence:At Zarox we will be very strict with the rules for the community, maintaining transparency and a good atmosphere at all times.
If you have any serious inconvenience to your person you can contact us via ticket and report with evidence.
Valid evidence will always be videos or images taken from the game where it can be seen that they are original from Zarox, so cropped images where only one character is seen will not be valid.
Users are reminded that if they encounter such cases, report directly to the Staff via: "Ticket" in the section: "Support" on our Zarox Discord Server, remember to report with
CONCLUSIVE evidence of players corrupting the server, keep in mind that evidence falsification will be sanctioned with a permanent ban.
In cases of bans to associated accounts of sanctioned offenders of the Zarox server, the IP Addresses and Emails are taken into account in order to effectively sanction said players, who will be considered accomplices for the reason of their ban.
11. Recommendations:To take images or gifs of the game we can use programs like lightshot, gyazo, inmagur or the Print key on our keyboard and these images will be saved in the screenshot folder of our game.
The videos cannot exceed 15 minutes and the entire game window must always be seen as well as achieving a fairly clear image to visualize character names and actions.
