World Event of Guilds (The best guild tournament of the server)

Event Description

Zarox is an international server, here we can find different guilds of multiples nacionalities and differents servers with their own style. One of the things we consider most important in our server are the guilds and their wars, each guild has to shine in organization, strategy, skills, and many other things that leave us with unforgettable wars that will be shared in history books in the future. However, one of the most important qualities of a guild is to remain in time to go down history as one of the best guilds. Therefore, we are going to create a world championship of guilds with pre-ranking. This guild war event will be the biggest guild event in the history of Zarox and every year there will be a new champion to find out who has been the best guild each year.


Qualification to World Championship

Every month there will be a guild tournament that will qualify for the world championship to be held in December. ONLY the first guild will qualify for the world championship directly. The rest of them will receive points that will be update through the tournaments. The remaining places to complete the necessary positions, will be taken from this ranking by points that will be update throughout the tournaments.

We are aware that sometimes the guilds do not understand each other and not everyone will always last. For that reason, we're going to give 2 extra chances to participate in the world championship of guilds, the playoff and legend title.



Legend Title

The legend title will be awarded to the person who has won a guild tournament or an important duel event (budokan and those who are dailies don't count). People with this legend title can sign up to the world championship of guilds as long as all members of the guild have a title.


Playoffs

In case of the same guild wins over and over and we can't fill the remaining positions to make the world championship of guilds, we're going to make some "playoff" tournaments. There will be some extra places for the guilds that couldn't win. Also playoff will be useful for people who don't get along with their guilds to  form a new guild with other people and try to find a place in november.



Group Stage

The group stage will have 4 groups where the 4 best qualified teams will be placed in a different group and they will be in charge of distribute the rival teams, which is why it's very important to be at the top to choose in the world championship of guilds a comfortable group stage.


Final phase
The final phase will start from the quarterfinals with the best 8 guilds according to the group phase previously held. Here each round will be very important because between falling in the quarterfinals or falling in the semifinals there can be a huge difference in terms of rewards.


Rules of the event
It's possible that many things will change until December but we will try to keep the next rules the same:

- In order to register the guild you must have a pass as winners of a qualifying event, have passed as one of the top ranked guilds by points, have won a playoff or form a guild from scratch with all members holding the title of "Legend".. Regardless of the method of classification, all members must have the title of "Legend".
- Any guild that wishes to participate and meets the above requirement must register in the Spanish post made by Leukim.

Verification that all members have the title "Legend":

- Every round of the tournament will be BO5 (best of 5)(Those who don't know what it is, the first guild to win 3 wars, moves on to the next round).
-All guild members have to be respectful with the rivals and with any member of the staff, this may be penalized ingame.
- From the moment of war is declared, you will have 4 minutes to enter the war map and prepare yourself (give buffs, equipment...) and go to the centre of the map at your door.
- The war will start with the "GO" of a GM or event manager at the time. If anyone starts the war before the GO, it will be penalized.
- There's no level limitation. All equipment and consumables of the game are allowed.
- Staff reserves the right to change the rules if necessary to ensure a balanced and clean event. Any rule changes will be notified in time by discord and ingame

-Inscription final date: Registration will open in November and will be specified in more detail at a later date.
Date of Event: The date of the event will be all of December as we will be advancing rounds every week.


Rewards

(Rewards will be announced in November but I assure you that they will be the best rewards of any event held on Zarox).
